Who Let the Dogs Out!

There is a story behind this...

My dad sent Noah a Valentine's card that was a singing card and the song was Who Let the Dogs Out! Let's just say at first the bottom lip was quivering but now he at least can handle the card being opened. This is for you dad so that you can see Noah's serious face reaction to your card, hilarious! And you can see him putting on his own hat...yea for Noah!
