Day Out With Thomas

Wow, what a day! We went to Baldwin City so that Noah could meet Thomas.
It was so much fun...hot...but fun.
It was actually very organized and went smooth and quick. Love that!

Noah got a Thomas tattoo and he looks so proud, right? No. Two seconds later before we even walked 10 yards he wanted it, "Off." Well, good thing he had just got it because I could rub it off pretty quickly. Dodged the panic attack, whew! He is very particular about things he does not want to do.

A little cheeto lunch break.

Please note Noah's index finger telling daddy precisely where they will sit.
He did cry twice when Thomas tooted his loud horn. He wasn't the only one though, trust me.

This is not on here for you to look at Noah...please look at those lovely people with flip flops in the background. Yes, I thought flip flops would be sufficient too.
No, they were not.
Gravel and flip flops = not fun.
THOMAS THE TRAIN!

Noah and Daddy after their train ride.

We stopped by the petting zoo before we left. This would be the donkey and the monkey.
A random match if you ask me.

Giant turtles. I'm sure there is a proper name but this works.

Sweet little goats.

Sweet Noah loved the sweet goats.
A successful day with Thomas!!
And fyi...Blaire and I hung out in the shaaaaade by the tracks and had a ton of fun.
Thanks to my friend, Val, who showed me how to paint an infant's toes and make them pretty...people were checking out Blaire's pink toes! It was hilarious.

  1. It seriously is like seeing a celebrity. Even for me! So cute......glad you enjoyed. Our Jack loves Thomas more than his siblings.

  3. We were going to go, but had to miss it when we went to Alabama. I'm glad you guys had fun. Outings like those are so hot and sticky, but so worth it.

  4. Noah is going to be the "take charge" person with that "finger" guiding the way...
