Trunk or Treat

Noah's school (Mother's Day Out) had a church Trunk or Treat event. We had never been so we didn't really know what to expect but it was perfect!
They had a ton of people dressed up and their trunks all decked out with decorations and candy.
It was a great night for trick or treating!

Do you see his face? T-R-O-U-B-L-E.
Cutest cheerleader and football player in my world!

Awwww....so sweet.
I'm just praying he is not quietly saying, "Dooon't toouchhh myyyy tooooyssss."

Noah was, of course, timid with the whole trick or treating.
He would only venture up to "friendly" characters.
After he would get the candy he would do this very awkward back up/scrunch his face situation but we calmly said, "Thank you!" and moved on. You have to love toddlers in this awkward stage of realizing they can actually fear things.
A little Star Wars action which Noah wanted NO part of...I believe his words were, "No, thank you." He wanted to get over to the guy who was a rubber ducky.

This was his face all night.
He's checking them out.
Too scary? See ya.
Friendly? He'll take your candy.
I felt bad for some of the older people who weren't in costume and he still didn't want to go up to them. He was scared of them too!
Nate's biggest fan!
I love how girl clothes play on the "Daddy" term.
Go Team Daddy!
Happy Halloween!
